You've got an eye for sneaks, and we want to share your view with our audience! We loved your Instagram photo so much; we'd like to use it ourselves. If you would like to potentially see your photo in use on sites like finishline.com and the Finish Line section of macys.com, our app, our social media properties, in-store and print advertising and/or through other marketing channels, please continue reading below. In exchange for the opportunity to be featured in some of Finish Line's marketing materials, and by responding to our Instagram message with #FNLSHARE

You thereby acknowledge and agree that you grant The Finish Line USA, Inc., its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies (collectively “Finish Line”) a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, and display, throughout the world in any media, any and all content you post to social media with the #ShoesSoFresh, #EpicFinish and #Finishline In addition, you grant Finish Line the right to use your name, username, image, likeness, location or other identifying information in conjunction with the content submitted by you, however Finish Line is under no obligation to do so. You also thereby represent and warrant that:

  • you are OVER the age of 18 and thus, not a minor;
  • you own all rights in and to the content you posted as described herein;
  • you have permission from all person(s) appearing in your content to grant the rights set forth above; and
  • Finish Line's use of your content as described herein will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

By responding with #FNLSHARE you thereby release, discharge and agree to hold Finish Line, and any person acting on Finish Line's behalf harmless from any liability related in any way to the Finish Line's use of your designated content, and, where permissible, you agree to indemnify and defend Finish Line against third party claims arising out of your content.
